I never thought I would need a criminal defense attorney, but I am so glad that I choose Mark Anthony Raimondo when I did. My separated and soon to be ex-wife had me arressted on complete and utter false charges for a financial transactions that occurred five years ago regarding one of our rental properties. I was arrested, spent the night in jail, and was charged with four felonies. I was devastated. Everything I had ever worked for was on the line. Not only my freedom, my clean reputation, the future of my children, but also my entire business in an industry I had spent my entire adult life building, I couldn’t sleep, I could barely eat, and honestly could think of little else than my entire life crashing around me. Mark’s positive attitude right from the beginning did offer me some solace. He would tell me to trust him, over and over he offered his support and saw the finish line. This was the hardest thing I have had to go through in a long long time. Mark had a game plan from our first meeting.. He has an excellent staff and we all just started gathering up documents to defend my ex wife’s assertion. Within a couple months the DA was offering us a Misdemeanor. While that was great, it still would have been devastating to my career. We rejected that offer, and Mark was able to establish to the DA that my ex was actually lying and this alleged conduct with the transaction was done with her knowledge. The District Attorney DISMISSED all charges. From four felonies and looking at losing everything down to nothing!!! I cannot thank him, his entire staff, investigators, and associates enough. I feel like I have my life back, and highly recommend Mr. Raimondo. He was honest, fair, tough, and very supportive all the way though.
