Founder & Trial Attorney
Mark Anthony Raimondo is a proven criminal-defense trial attorney. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. With more than 25 years in Kern County courts, he has handled over 8,000 criminal cases and more than 135 jury trials.
Junior Partner & Attorney
Eric Le previously served as a Deputy District Attorney in Kern and Los Angeles Counties. His background includes felony and misdemeanor prosecution, jury trials, preliminary hearings, civil defense, regulatory law, and business matters. His former-prosecutor perspective is an important part of the firm’s defense strategy.
Partner & Attorney
Alex Selman graduated with honors in Philosophy from UCLA and attended UC Irvine School of Law as part of an inaugural class. He joined Raimondo Law in 2018 and has been a partner since 2020, defending the rights of the accused in Kern County.
Private Investigator
Kim David Stafford served 23 years in the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of California, investigating complex civil and criminal cases. A U.S. Army veteran and former Provost Marshal, he has investigated more than 150 murder and serious-felony cases.
Legal Secretary & Case Manager
Lucy joined the firm in 2012 and advanced from receptionist to Legal Secretary and Case Manager. Her experience includes workers’ compensation, immigration, and criminal defense, with a focus on supporting clients through the process.
Receptionist
A lifelong Bakersfield resident, Rosemary assists with calls and client questions while completing her studies in psychology. She hopes to continue serving Kern County through work involving youth and probation.
Paralegal
Emanuel joined the firm in 2021. He reviews and organizes files, helps manage the caseload, and communicates regularly with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Senior Paralegal
Glenn has extensive legal experience in complex litigation and strategy. He also teaches part time and advises Mark Raimondo on key legal matters.
