Mark and his staff did an excellent job at defending me on a felony assault case with great bodily injury. I was facing 7 years in prison for defending myself from a highly intoxicated and aggressive group of men in their 20's. The cops and DA completely ignored the evidence, their intoxication, their blatant lies, all common sense and my clean record. The more holes we exposed in their case only resulted in lower and lower offers. But I was 100% not guilty. And the only choice was to go to trial, bc I was not pleading guilty to something where I was the victim. Mr raimondo personally conducted the trial and for a fair and honest price. I never felt like I was a number or a pay check to him or his superb staff. The jury trial was two weeks long and 9 jurors voted not guilty. The other three just believed that lying BPD officer, and that someone had to pay for the injury that one guy had. So it was a hung jury. Even though I only retained mark for 1 trial and it was way longer than expected, he did not charge me anything to keep the case and see if they really wanted to do It again. Two months later on the day of the 2nd trial the DA finally dismissed the case. All along mr raimondo inspired me, believed in me, fought for me, and saw me from start to finish through the absolutely scariest and most frustrating thing imaginable. I could not imagine how scary this whole process is, how no one cares about facts. Once it's filed is all about what will you take. Mr raimondo saved my freedom, and my reputation.. I cannot stress enough how much he helped me. He's the real deal not just some guy with a fancy billboard or website. I highly recommend him.. highly.
