"When my 25 yr old son was arrested and charged with attempted murder, gun charge, gang and multiple enhancements I was devastated. He already had one strike and with these charges was looking at receiving 2 more strikes making 3 and life in prison. I knew from the first time I talked to Mark that I wanted him to be our lawyer. After contacting several attorneys I was certain of it. We had limited funds so will forever be grateful to Mark and his wonderful staff for allowing us to make a deposit and payment schedule that we were able to manage and making it possible for us to retain him. Mark said if we went to trial he felt there was a chance he could have it dismissed or at least hang the jury based on the evidence, but if we lost I would never see my son again.
