For the past fifteen years, Mark Anthony Raimondo has worked passionately and successfully in the field of Criminal Law. Mr. Raimondo has handled over 6000 criminal cases, and he has conducted over 125 Criminal Jury trials.

The Law Office of Mark Raimondo is proud to have Eric Le as a Junior Partner with the firm. Mr. Le comes from a diversified legal background as he practiced in civil defense, transactional regulatory law, and a Deputy District Attorney.

Mr. Le was a Deputy District Attorney in both Kern County and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Le handled felony and misdemeanor cases from driving under the influence (DUI), drugs, arson, sex, vandalism, assault, battery, robbery, financial crimes, and many other various criminal matters. He managed a rigorous caseload of jury trial cases from various stages of law and motion matters, preliminary hearings, jury trials, investigations, analyses, and dispositions. Mr. Le was a successful prosecutor with over a dozen jury trials and conducted over two hundred preliminary hearings. His experience as a prosecutor is an integral expertise for our clients’ successful outcomes. Prior to becoming a prosecutor, Mr. Le worked as a civil defense and transactional regulatory law attorney. He represented major automotive dealerships and manufacturers in all aspects of state and federal regulation, compliance, advertisement, franchise, general business legal issues. In addition, represented tech companies and start-ups on multi-agency government investigations, multi-state mapping of applicable federal/state laws and regulations into practical advice and solutions. Mr. Le graduated from the University of California Irvine for his bachelor’s degree in criminology. Later attended law school at University of North Carolina and then graduated his final year at the Whittier Law school in California. During law school, Mr. Le interned for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where he assisted in the defense of criminal felony cases from law research, investigations, and evidence review.

On Mr. Le’s personal time, he enjoys playing tennis, working out, and traveling.

Alex was born and raised in San Diego. He attended UCLA where he graduated with honors in Philosophy in 2010. He attended law school at the University of California, Irvine School of Law as one of the school’s inaugural classes. After passing the bar, Alex soon made his way to Bakersfield where he has since worked to defend the rights of the accused. Alex joined the Law Office of Mark Anthony Raimondo in 2018 and has been a partner at the firm since 2020.

In his free time, Alex is an avid fisherman and diver. He enjoys the occasional round of golf and playing guitar.

Kim David Stafford

Mr. Stafford is a highly experienced Investigator and serves as an Adjunct member of the Raimondo Law Firm. He served 23 years in the United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of California investigating complex Civil and Criminal cases. Upon his retirement he opened a private investigation practice in Bakersfield and has investigated over 150 murder cases and serious felonies. Mr. Stafford is a former Law Enforcement Official (Provost Marshal) and worked on many National Security matters while stationed in the Military District of Washington, D.C.

Mr. Stafford is an Army Veteran who served in the Republic of Vietnam and was awarded the Gallantry Cross for his service. Upon leaving the military he attended and graduated from Solano College, California State University, Sacramento, Saint Mary’s Graduate School of Education, and the George Washington School of Engineering. Upon graduation he returned to Military Service and was commissioned as an Army Officer. During his military career he served as a Commander, Correctional Custody Facility, Fort Ord, Ca, Commander, Military Police, Washington, D.C., Troop Commander, Sharpe Army Depot, Ca, Provost Marshal, and Director of Law Enforcement & Security.

Mr. Stafford was born and raised in Vallejo, Ca where he served as a City Councilmember, City Commissioner, and President of the Solano County Civil Service Commission.

Lucy Gutierrez joined the Law Office of Mark Anthony Raimondo, PC in 2012 as receptionist. Lucy immediately advanced to Legal Secretary & Case Manager.

Lucy has worked in workers compensation law in Bakersfield, immigration law in Chicago and finally criminal with The Law Office of Mark Anthony Raimondo, PC where she has found her passion in criminal defense.

Lucy was raised in Bakersfield, attended High School here and went to UCSB. She is married to Navy Veteran and has 2 children. When she is not at work you will find her on the sidelines of her children’s sports events from softball, baseball and soccer all whom do travel sports.

Rose has lived in Bakersfield, California all her life. She earned her associates in Psychology while attending Bakersfield College. She is currently a Senior attending CSUB in hopes of completing her Bachelor’s degree Psychology.

Her goal after completing college is to begin her career in the Kern County Probation Department as a youth officer. Her role in this office is assisting with the phone calls, helping clients with any questions or concerns.

During her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, outdoor adventures and spending time with her friends and family.

Emmanuel was born in Los Angeles, CA. His family moved to Kern County around 1990 where he has lived ever since, except for a short stint in Santa Barbara for college.

Emmanuel joined The Law Office of Mark Anthony Raimondo in 2020 as a paralegal/assistant where he primarily reviews and organizes files, helping maintain our caseload and communicates with clients on a regular basis about their case.

In his spare time Emmanuel enjoys handy projects around the house and programming drum machines.
